We know that our ability to lead (and we are all leaders) is dependent on the credibility we have with our followers.  Our credibility derives from our character and our mental, physical and emotional attributes. My emotional foundation that provides for everything else in my life is my personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

The SDG at the foundation of the Guardian Leadership logo stands for the latin phrase, Soli Deo Gloria, translated ‘for God’s glory alone’.  It is my goal that I give the glory for everything that I have achieved and will achieve to God.  My faith has provided me with the ability to tackle the challenges of our profession with a peace and clarity that would have been otherwise impossible.  If you don’t have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ I implore you to take a walk down the Roman’s Road.

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God – Romans 3:23

the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord – Romans 6:23

that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you shall be saved.  For with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation – Romans 10: 9-10

Find a supportive, Bible believing church to help you down this road and fellowship with other police believers through organizations such as Centurion Law Enforcement Ministries or  Cops for Christ.   With a spirit of service continue to live our Oath and find the strength to achieve God’s plan in your life.

The Lord is a warrior; The Lord is His name. -Exodus 15:3

God Bless You and Thank You for what you do!
