Leadership, Personal Excellence

At its very foundation, leadership is a relationship between leader and follower.  The follower must believe that the leader will guide them to success.  The leader has to be credible in the eyes of the follower.  Credibility explores the process by which leaders attain and maintain credibility.  It identifies 6 key disciplines the leader must practice if they want to establish a credible relationship with their followers.

In terms of credibility, few equal the authors, Kouzes and Posner in the area of leader development.  Regardless of the level of leadership  you have attained or would like to attain – this book is highly recommended.  It will help you maximize your performance in both your personal and professional life.
